⭐ About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and energetic Multimedia & Social Media Specialist to join the Hardin Bar team. You’ll be responsible for capturing on-site photo and video content, editing short-form clips for social media, and creating engaging visuals that highlight the bar’s events, nightlife, and culture.

⭐ Responsibilities

✅ Capture daily content (photo and video) during bar operations and events

✅ Edit content into social media–ready formats (Reels, TikTok, Stories)

✅ Manage posting schedule and maintain brand consistency

✅ Coordinate with management on marketing campaigns and promotions

⭐ Qualifications

✅ Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva

✅ Creative eye for storytelling and visual presentation

✅ Must be comfortable working in a nightlife environment

✅ Strong sense of initiative and reliability
